Food, Inc. (2009)

I can't think of a more urgent, day-by-day issue for a feature documentary than food. But what I got instead was an often profound documentary about racism, forgiveness, bigotry, empathy, and love. The movie tackles its issues with strength, but without rage. read more...

At age 70, Bruce Springsteen forgoes his usual invigorating concert experience for this intimate, reflective live show; it's achingly beautiful, tender and personal, with strains of regret and hope. read more...
